Orders are typically processed within 3–7 business days. Original artwork and handmade pieces may require additional processing time, which will be noted when applicable.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive tracking information when available.

Shipping times vary depending on destination and carrier. Isis Seneris is not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier, weather, customs, or other circumstances outside of my control.

For international orders, the customer is responsible for any customs fees, duties, or taxes that may apply.

If your package appears to be lost, damaged, or delivered incorrectly, please contact me as soon as possible with your order number so I can help determine the next steps.
